-Contact telephone number(s);
-Card Payment details only if the customer wishes to pay over the telephone for their coal delivery. There are other payment options available;
-Email address only if you wish to be contacted via email.
– Technical Data –  IP address.

How we use the information we collect

We use your personal information for internal records, to fulfil your coal delivery, send out invoices and receipts and to contact you about your coal order. We only ask for card payments over the telephone if that is how the customer wishes to pay; once the payment is processed this information is destroyed immediately. We also accept payments by: cheque, cash, online bank transfer or chip and pin card payment when visiting our premises. We use Natwest Bank for our banking facilities (cheque, cash and receiving online bank transfer) and Worldpay for card payments. Both are covered under the GDPR.

We do not ask for customers’ email addresses, unless that is how they wish to be contacted. Emails are replied to and then deleted, no email addresses are held by J Young Fuels Ltd.

Email enquiries via the website contact form – will be replied to and deleted when no-longer required.

To administer and protect our business and this website (including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, system maintenance, support, reporting and hosting of data) – IP address.

We will hold your details for as long as you are a customer of J Young Fuels Ltd, if you have not placed an order with us for 24 months, then your contact details will be deleted from our records.
All invoices and sales information with your details will be kept for 7 years in accordance with the UK Tax laws.

You can request access to the personal information which we hold on you. This must be done in writing and should be requested either by email or to the postal address detailed below. In most cases this is free of charge. We will respond to your request within one month of receiving the request.
